The Ranyaka Protocol is the defining framework guiding our work. We have developed this approach to collective impact over five years and continue to refine the protocol through application.

The Protocol is benchmarked against local and international best practice, and although we are not ‘reinventing the wheel’, the application of this approach is new and innovative.

The Ranyaka Protocol is our framework tool which is comprised of 40 indicators and measures the progress towards four overarching outcomes we work to:

  1. Create healthy, educated and active communities

  2. Promote productive communities with economic and job opportunities

  3. Create safe, clean and attractive environments

  4. Promote and support social cohesion and active citizenry
